State Exam is now given on-line and is accessed through the Registration Page on the CASQA web site please note, if you have already created an account on the OWP web site you can save time by accessing here.  You will be required to provide the last 4 digits of your SSN, your secondary qualifications as well as the QSP QSD Course Information which will be provided at the end of each Training Class by your CGP Trainer of Record.  Exam cost on line is $125 and is paid on line with credit card.
