The newly adopted California NPDES General Permit for storm water discharges associated with construction and land disturbance activities — (CGP), took effect on July 1st, 2010, and brought with it many new requirements that may affect you and your business. Individuals once able to file permit documents, and site inspections will now be required to have professional certifications approved by the State as well as a certificate of State approved training by September 2011.
Scott Thorne Environmental Consulting (ST-EC) is an approved trainer of record (CGP-ToR), and is also SBE Certified (Small Business Enterprise) in the state of California providing not only all your site compliance needs but your required QSD and QSP state training. |
